It has a full kitchen, lots of storage, big living room and wonderful bedroom hosting a wall-sized art tile fireplace(not to be used, but just wonderful to look at—you’ll see it was the original library fireplace if you look at the details. Spectacular.
| The Wakefield House Unit 6 (the North RiverView)
Our second floor Wakefield Riverview Apartment, number 6, occupies the entire rear-facing north side of the house. The Riverview has a commanding perch, looking out over the western Spokane bluffs, which are, quite frankly, spectacular. Then it has peek river views through the pines which are utterly pastoral. Add the east view to the historic Kirkland Cutter Campbell House grounds and you've got about every vista possible. Creature comforts are many. It is a large one bedroom, with extra sleeping space in the living/dining/library area. The beds are, queen, full futon, long twin. It has a very good galley kitchen with a little breakfast nook. It is quiet and secluded.
